Method
Slice okra into two lengthwise. Cut into finger sized lengths. Sprinkle some salt, gramflour, mix and keep aside for 10 minutes. Cut french beans into finger sized oblique pieces. Grind broken cashews, coconut, chillies, garlic to a fine paste. |
